How to arrange a return

If you find that the product you have ordered is not suitable for your requirements we have a no quibble returns policy where you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. You will be liable for any cost of return to Plastica, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in any original packaging.

If the item you receive is faulty then please contact us immediately, we may ask for images to be sent to allow us to carry out an investigation.

Any returns or warranty issues must be reported to our Returns department before any goods are returned to Plastica.

Shipping

If the item you have received is deemed to be faulty or damaged then our Returns representative will make a decision as to how the item will be returned to Plastica and we will cover any returns cost. If you wish to return a product for any other reason then you will be liable for any cost of return to Plastica.

Refunds

Once we receive your item back at Plastica it will be inspected and if ok to restock you will be notifed and a refund issued. This will be processed to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 3-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We reserve the right to deduct shipping charges from any refund made, this is something you will be informed of before any goods are returned to Plastica.
